Nature Fresh operates the website www.naturefresh.com.br. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we handle it.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form on this website: full name, company name, country, business email, the products you offer and the message you write. We do not ask for financial data, identification documents or any other sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use this information exclusively to evaluate a potential commercial representation partnership, to reply to your enquiry and to maintain the resulting commercial correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Where it is kept and who has access
The form is processed by a script on this site's own server and its content is e-mailed to eduardo@naturefresh.com.br. We do not use an external form service. Website hosting and e-mail are provided by Hostinger, acting as a processor to that extent. The servers serving this site are located in Brazil. Hostinger is a company headquartered abroad and its technical support may, in specific situations, access data from outside Brazil — an international transfer under article 33 of the Brazilian LGPD. Other than that, this site sends your data to no third party.
Access to the content: Eduardo O. Barossi, as controller. Technical server logs (IP address and request time) are generated automatically by the hosting provider and kept for that provider's retention period.
Sharing
Where a commercial opportunity requires it, and in order to perform the representation work you have asked us about, product and company information may be presented to potential importers and buyers in Brazil. Personal contact details are not shared for any purpose unrelated to the partnership you contacted us about.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies at all and uses no browser storage. There are no analytics tools, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, maps, videos or scripts: every asset is served from this domain. There is therefore no cookie consent to collect. If a tool is added in the future, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact and then deleted. Enquiries that do lead to a commercial relationship are kept for the duration of that relationship and for up to 5 years after it ends, in line with the limitation period for commercial claims. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The form applies per-origin rate limiting, request origin verification and content validation. Submissions are not stored in a database or in a file on the server: the content travels to the mailbox and stays only there.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and comparable legislation, you may ask us to confirm, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to eduardo@naturefresh.com.br and we will respond.
